Assembling Parts

A workpiece carrier is located on the conveyor belt. The carrier is positioned under under one of the two shafts of the gravity-fed magazine. The assembly station has a two drop magazines that accommodate Block Upper Parts or Car Chassis. One piece is separated and placed on the workpiece carrier. The loaded workpiece carrier moves to the end of the conveyor belt to be taken over by the next substation.
