Separating Parts
A workpiece carrier is located on the conveyor belt. The carrier is positioned under one of the two shafts of the gravity-fed magazine. The separation station has two drop magazines that accommodate Block Bottom Parts or Car Bodies. One piece is separated and placed on the workpiece carrier. The loaded workpiece carrier moves to the end of the conveyor belt to be taken over by the next substation.
